The Product Change Management Team are responsible for project managing change initiatives (product innovation / Product renovations / Productivity initiatives ) from project initiation through to implementation and launch.
This role interfaces extensively with Consumer Marketing, procurements / Customer Development / Business Planning, Finance, RD&Q, Quality, Legal, Consumer Insights and all functions within Supply Chain to deliver projects within the specified time, cost and quality parameter
The PCM is a crucial and exciting position here at Mondelez. The PCM will be responsible of leading and driving a project by being in contact with different departments.
As any environment, there will be numerous challenges, so that’s why this position requires someone who enjoys organizing, developing, managing and leading different people in different functions, and who can go into the fine details without losing focus on the big picture.
Main Responsibilities :
Lead with excellence all projects according to Mondelez project management process guidelines to deliver projects on time and within quality & cost parameters as defined for the project
Ensure projects visibility to all functions, manage project team to deliver project efficiently to meet defined timeline
Facilitate cross functional coordination within the project team (marketing, R&D, BD, operations, quality, procurement, finance, demand & supply planning).
Moderate meetings and teleconferences related to projects
Manage project evaluation process for major NPD launches
Ensure Master Data accuracy, timely initiation and distribution to all concerned parties
Drive De-complexity initiatives in category product portfolio
Manage Key Performance Indicators reporting for PCM function
Ensure timely communication among Demand & supply planning for accurate Phase in Phase out planning.
Facilitate the definition of project scopes, goals, tasks and resource (people and cost) requirements;
Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional groups;
Ensure that suitable risk assessment and contingency planning takes place, is communicated and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
Ensure that the contingency plan is acted upon if necessary to keep the project on track
Ensure Monthly reporting / presentation of the projects to leadership team during the Monthly I2M meetings.
