Sales Operations Sales Operations Specialist - EMEA End-User Onboarding MDG Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders.

A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more.

What you’ll achieve MDG (Master Data Governance) is hiring an End-User MDG Specialist within EMEA Region to provide pre-sales and / or post-sales operational support, researches customer or order problems, and delivers solutions working cross-functionally to resolve, liaises between the customer / partner and sales organization and focuses on delivering a positive customer or partner experience.

You will : Maintain closed loop process to assure that all new accounts are fully created within the requested SLA with a consistent improvement of the End to End user Onboarding experience Provide consistent communication of support and changes to all Dell EMC support teams (GCC, Marketing, BI / IT, etc.

Align metrics and communication to common global standards as well as standardize Stakeholders Experience Quarterly, initiate analytics and guidance to customers to focus on those with portal activity, but no spend history Execute periodic checks, monitor data quality and constantly look for process enhancement and reports automation Essential Requirements Fluency in English and French is required with a very Good knowledge about Affinity / SFDC processes is Mandatory Strong verbal and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills, multitasking and multiple priorities Work closely with stakeholders, i.
