Job Overview

Carry out repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner.

Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance schedules (PM).

Carry out PM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required.

Assist visiting Suppliers when necessary.

Report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns to management,

Make full use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System

Plan / prioritize workload to support production and maintenance team.

Follow-up of spare parts management with responsible personness as required

Typical example of work would be to respond to maintenance request for equipment fault, diagnose fault repair and return equipment to operational service.

All work to be carried out operating in a safe and efficient manner. (A process of dynamic risk assessment is operated).

Identify spares requirements and control / log usage.

Assist with the moving, installation, repositioning of machines and equipment.

Educational Degree

What your background should look like :

Technical Diploma, Min BAC+5 (Electrical, Automation or Mechanical Engineering.)

Professional Experience

Experience Min of 3 years as Maintenance Engineer in Automotive or Medical field

Strong knowledge in automation,

Computer Skills : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Visio, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Label software and ERP Systems, SAP

Special Qualifications

Strong presentation skills (written and oral).

Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

The ability to perform a multi-task job and adjust priorities as appropriate.

Action and detail oriented, having a drive for success.

The ability to network and interact effectively with a broad range of associates spanning varied disciplines and responsibilities.
