Jumia Prime programme is growing with over 100,000 Live Members. As the programme scales there’s a new requirement for a central resource to build and manage the Prime Performance Management framework with overall goal of increasing retention within Prime.
Your responsibility as Prime CRM Developer will include :
Prime CRM Project & Process Management Achieve Prime Activation, Usage & Retention Performance on given Business Targets
Build CRM Framework for Prime (Activation, Usage, Retention) across multi-channel (Email, PN, NL)
Content Performance & Optimization
Budget Allocation & Investment to maximise ROI per Prime Customer
Marketing playbook (Onsite, CRM, SoMe). Guarantee the quality of execution of Prime initiatives centrally in coordination with markets.
Coordinate across LocaL Marketing Teams to ensure ongoing completion of Prime Marketing framework (Onsite, SoME, CRM)
Ensure Prime marketing plans and strategies are benchmarked against other countries and companies
Guide Channel Managers in development of Long-Term Prime Strategy, and drive local adoption of Performance Management approach to Prime
Own Prime Event Calendar (with primary focus on Monthly Prime Day). Ensure continuous improvement of execution of Prime Events.
Build awareness of Prime and better customer education on Jumia Prime value proposition
Design & Develop Education Campaign (Video, SoME, Influencer)
Promote consistent approaches to marketing Prime within local marketing teams.
Innovative Acquisition Tactics (Referral Campaign)
CRM Expert with experience constructing performance management framework for Email, Push Notification, SMS Channels
Strong grounding in data & analytics, performance-based marketing.
Project Management experience, coordinating across multiple teams / projects.
Preference for French & Arabic speakers
Experience in developing effective design briefs with imaginative content and creatives (video + graphic).
5+ years of marketing experience within an e-commerce, retention, loyalty role.
Must be able to think and act both strategically and tactically
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills are essential.
Success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through to completion.
Excellent coordination & interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management, marketing teams, and technical managers.
