BroadbandTV is looking to expand our Partner Experience team to contribute to the development of our support offerings in our Arabic & English speaking markets.
In this role, you will be dealing with YouTube content creators and helping them with their inquiries. You are an avid learner looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company.
We are looking for individuals who are patient, professional, and care about others. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, customer service driven attitude, excellent written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, problem-solve, work under pressure and deal with changes in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
This is a remote contracted position, as our head office is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Key Responsibilities Include :
Provide support and services to our network of partners in a timely manner
Respond to inquiries swiftly with a high level of professionalism via email
Maintain partner records by updating account information
Contribute to the development of our support offerings in the Arabic & French-speaking markets
Assist the implementation of partner and departmental initiatives
Acting in a proactive and attentive manner to maintain partners
Desired Skills and Experience
Fluent in Arabic & English
Ability to also speak French considered an asset
Prior experience in a customer service or account management environment
Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
Strong passion for technology and online video
Extra points if you have experience as an online video creator, mainly on YouTube
Strong understanding of video creation or project management
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented focus and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude with the drive to improve and make things better
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Experience working with Zendesk or other customer service platforms preferred
Mastery of Office Suite (MS or Google)
