Director of Revenue Management
The Director of Revenue Management drives revenue-generating strategies in various revenue streams to achieve hotel’s goals.
This includes the respective components to MRH, not excluding, Golf, F&B, SPA and two hotel extensions.

Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
MANAGE THE DAILY OPERATIONS
Develops room revenue and ancillary revenue stream strategies, encompassing performance metrics, data standards, processes, policies, tools, training, best practices, and case studies to successfully achieve the targets.
Analyses and monitors key indicators of hotel performance and third party intelligence sources to identify rooms and non-rooms revenue opportunities.
Manages, integrates and optimizes the expansion and business plans of the Royal Palm project from a Revenue perspective, with two additional hotel components in the horizon.
INVOLVEMENT AS A MEMBER OF THE HOTEL LEADERSHIP TEAM
Implements and monitors pricing strategies through rate and inventory strategies across various channels.
Is responsible for keeping all rooms and non-rooms revenue management systems and tools relevant and in good working order.
Stays abreast of changes in the marketplace and other environments that may impact it.
Maintains rate parity across various channels to ensure full best rate guarantee’ corporate initiative and compliance.
Is responsible for configuration, forecast validation and daily interaction with revenue management system. Fully utilising the Revenue optimization cycle of the system to ensure the appropriate overrides are in place, special events are accurately loaded and the sharing of knowledge with the system is maintained.
Coordinates with Sales team to determine effective and engaging rate offers (packages), which are then offered to the right customer through the right channel.
Completes forecast and budget to accurately project unconstrained demand.
Tracks and analyses competitive set pricing and yield strategies, gaining the ability to predict the comp set reaction to changes in the marketplace.
Plays an active role in the Marketing Plan and Strategic Planning.
Chairs and prepares materials for the weekly / biweekly / monthly Revenue Management Meetings.
Within Restaurant Revenue Management, provides strategic and tactical support to the Food and Beverage division including restaurants, bars, banquets, in room dining and amenities.
Supports Spa and Gift shop revenue centers.
Supports AccorHotels Corporate programs.

Qualifications :
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in a related area / role
A university degree preferably in the area of business or hospitality
Strong strategic business thinking and orientation
Thorough knowledge of property systems, Point-of-Sale, Accounting System, Revenue Management and Reservation systems
Aptitude for project management, multi-tasking and managing numerous sources
Ability to consolidate and analyse large volumes of data in an efficient manner (i.e. Excel advanced level)
Strength in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other work related systems
Competencies
Comfort and skill in communication (both verbally and in a written manner) with all levels of employees
Fluency in French and English
Proven experience in analysis and problem solving
Strong leadership skills required
Sense of urgency
Ability to work effectively and contribute to the team
