Job Introduction :
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, you will provide project management and analytical support primarily on a range of HR and health and safety related projects in line with agreed service levels and standards of performance.
You will be supporting around 120 of our businesses worldwide as a member of the Group H R team.
You will be comfortable working with and and developing new skills in analysing data, summarising it and producing professional presentations as well as completing a wide range of administrative tasks supporting HR and health and safety(H&S).
Relevant experience may come from, but not be limited to, degree or post graduate studies requiring detailed research and data analysis or from work experience in roles requiring extensive data analysis.
The projects often have senior sponsorship and wide ranging impact.
Role Responsibility :
Manage the global HR and H&S reporting across all G4S businesses. Review data and reports, ensure they are complete and accurate, and follow up with individual businesses where there are discrepancies or any need for clarification.
Gather and summarise data for the annual report and validate.
Identify trends in the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) data and assist with the development of toolkits and templates to support HR colleagues addressing issues identified from the trends.
Assist with the development of a series of HR training materials including paper based workbooks and on-line training globally.
Update materials where necessary.
Produce reports and presentations for review by senior managers on HR compliance levels, health and safety statistics and KPI’s.
Improve and maintain the HR section on the group intranet, the hub’.
Co-ordinate the global employee survey and analyse the data, producing summary reports and presentations.
Develop and issue the management survey and analyse the data.
Assist with the administration of the short term business visitor process to capture and record visits for Inland Revenue purposes.
Complete the processing of any invoices to ensure payment of suppliers.
Produce organisational charts to reflect business structures.
Provide support on various HR related global and local projects, taking direct management responsibility for some aspects of the project tasks.
The projects will be related to areas such as HR minimum standards, policy and procedure updates, G4S values, employee engagement etc.
The work will involve managing the process, analysing data and producing management reports and presentations.
The role offers scope for someone to hone their analytical skills and gain experience of HR in a corporate environment for a large global FTSE 100 organisation.
The Ideal Candidate :
You will have advanced level excel skills and good knowledge of MS Powerpoint. You will be highly systems literate and have the ability to design and draft information in a way that is simple to understand and engaging. You will also :

Be literate in Google suite including google sheets / mail (desirable) and a willingness to learn if not.
