We are recruiting for a Manager call center franco anglophone Rabat

Mission :

  • Lead, coach, motivate and manage a team to deliver outstanding Customer Service
  • The Team Manager is responsible for the performance management of the team and the individuals within it Tasks and Responsibilities :
  • Reports directly to the Operations Manager
  • Manage the resourcing and workflow of the team and to meet contracted Customer Service / Satisfaction targets.
  • To liaise with HR function in planning, recruiting and training staff in order to provide the level of recourse and skills required
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • English fluency
  • Excellent Individual / interpersonal management skills
  • Experience in a call center is required
