What You Will Do :

Conduct in-depth market research on Value-Added-Service (VAS) in Mobile Industry

Report on industry facts / relevant data and elaborate on any new arising opportunity

Build strong rapport with Telco’s, Content Partners and other major external stakeholders

Prepare step-by-step Service Flows

Liaise effectively and remotely with internal stakeholders based in Forest Interactive headquarters (Malaysia) and coordinate with local management

Identify further business opportunities to share with top management e.g new products development, marketing actionable ideas etc.

Network, build relationship with new people from in or outside industry

Support with negotiation to ensure profitability

Ensure quick interaction with partners while being solution-driven (within 24h)

Support with budget monitoring

Prepare weekly analysis / revenue report

Minimum qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

2-4 years of experience in marketing, sales or account management

What You Are Good At :

Sound experience in dealing with Telco's and Content Providers

Deep knowledge in Value-Added-Service (VAS)

Proven track record from Value-Added-Service (VAS) industry

Business and financial acumen

Account and sales management, including organisational skills of external meetings

Established relationships within the Telecom industry and demonstrated interpersonal skills

Expertise in Digital channels

Good command of French and English

Autonomy and time management
