Your responsibilities :

Assist the Regional SLC Manager North Africa in the following :

  • Responsibility for internal sales tasks for North Central / Western African countries markets
  • Cooperation with Regional Sales Manager
  • Handling of customer inquiries (logistics, price claims )
  • Submitting of offers to customers and follow-up
  • Handling and follow-up of customer orders
  • Monitoring of accounts receivable; follow-up with customers
  • Follow up of bank guarantees
  • Handling of customer claims, prices, qties.
  • Your competencies and qualifications :

  • Fresh graduate in Logistics / Supply Chain
  • Excellent communication skills, high customer-orientation, efficient and target-oriented way of working, high degree of self-
  • motivation, well performing also under pressure, flexibility, dynamism and responsibility

  • Team-player
  • Good working knowledge of MS office (word, excel), Willingness to quickly familiarize with all required IT systems; experience with SAP systems is beneficial
  • Fluent in French and English (writing / speaking)
  • Internship for 24 months (ANAPEC contract).
