Human Resources Coordinator JIT Kénitra
We are looking for our new HR Coordinator for our Kenitra JIT Plant.
Identifies and analyzes training needs, according with the economic and social policy of the company and i technological evolution
Develops, elaborates and negotiates training plan taking into account the human, financial, legal, organizational and pedagogical
Ensure follow-up training budgets
Define recruitment needs - Monitor and implement the recruitment plan Coordinate and monitors the administration of all Human Resources activities and policies.
Responsible for the accomplishment of company norms and policies as well as labor legislation.
Develops an adequate social / labor policy, promoting action plans according to the Company's policies and strategies with the aim to achieve a good labor climate.
Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements
Makes sure that all employees perform their duties in compliance with the rules and regulations and encourages them to be involved in the energy, environment, safety and health
Provides employees with written job instructions for performing their work safely (e.g. Job environment, safety and health analysis and data sheet, Standard
operating procedures, etc.).
Performs frequent walk-throughs of areas, responds to environment, safety and health concerns and ensures that hazards are corrected as soon as possible
and proposes energy suggestions.
To be successful for this role :
Proven experience in a similar position (at least 3 years as HR coordinator / at least 5 years HR experience in total)
HR tools : Peoplesoft, Sage...
Good communication skills at all levels
Legal and legislatives experience and knowledge
