Job Description
The newly established and growing Power Tools Business Operations Africa department is looking for a resilient, experienced, and adaptable manager to improve intelligent process automation, conduct business process mining and improve the regional SAP SD backbone serving to execute the regional sales strategy and new business models.
Key Responsibilities :
Improve existing and introduce new SAP SD processes in collaboration with central departments for the process areas of lead-to-order, order-to-cash and claims-to-resolution
Drives identification, evaluation and execution of automation potential and process deviations for business processes using the tools : Automation Anywhere and Celonis
Steer, guide, and audit as Super Key User the African Key User community with regards to process improvement, execution, and controls for daily operations as well as technical upgrades
Harmonize, standardize, trigger customization of SAP SD control parameters, technical SAP roles, steering tables impacting lead-to-order, order-to-cash, claims-to-resolution processes and approval workflows
Ensure regional applicability of central processes (sales governance controls, directives, regulations, best practices) in Commercial IT business process landscape
Ensure business benefits and change management for new ERP processes
Execute, coordinate and audit the implementation / monitoring of detective controls for ERP systems
Support on behalf of the region the global S4 / HANA requirements engineering and structure modelling validation in RB and PT pre-studies and pilot projects
Act as single point of contact to central auditing and internal controls departments for audit and compliance topics in ERP systems
Act as single point of contact to central ERP development team for regional requirements engineering and prioritization, business requests and regression testing for ERP improvements
Act as single point of contact to regional digital business unit department for ERP interface templates of digital / business applications (e.g. B2B Portal)
Coordinates with B2B Portal Managers operational / improvement topics related to ERP backend interface template
Supports rollouts, technical upgrades and business change requests together with the Key User Community and the central PT digital / IT department
Acts as consultant for evaluating business cases to introduce new sales concepts and business models
Develop and consolidate Intelligent Automation, Process Mining and SAP SD training material (videos) for departmental on-boarding and academy
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in areas of Business Administration or Engineering / Computer Science with Business Administration
Fluent in English, French and Arabic helpful
Target oriented and pragmatic, with get-it-done attitude

T-affine, skilled in analytics and generating insights and process improvements from data
Proactive, self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to handle multiple topics simultaneously

Strong willingness to learn and expand areas of expertise, especially in commercial processes as well as other related digital and IT areas
Minimum 3 years work experience, preferably in sales customer services / sales / sales operations with IT affinity
Experience in working in large corporation with extensive SAP system and business process landscapes
Any experience in automation and process mining tools is a plus, e.g. Automation Anywhere and Celonis
Demonstrated project management experience, preferably in agile project management context
