Summer of responsabilities :
Reporting to the OutletManager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are notlimited to the following :
Constantly offer a professional, friendly andendearing service
Serve customers according to their expectations andFairmont standards.
Be responsible for the proper implementation of theimplementation and preparation of its sector
Prepare cutlery according to orders, search for foodin the kitchen and clear the tables of his sector
Use the "Micros" checkout system and placeorders for drinks and food.
Ensure the opening and closing of the restaurant,alternately with his colleagues.
Communicate problems or anomalies to his supervisor
Participate in training offered in the catering
Participate in banquet and event services at thehotel, upon request
Perfect technical and theoretical knowledge toensure the perfect service of a demanding clientele
Know the technical and emotional standards of LQAand put them into practice
Know the concept of the FCB
Commit to the quality of his service, his discretionand his perfect honesty
Strictly observe the hygiene and sanitaryregulations
Have a professional attitude, be smiling and keepcalm at all times
Comply with policies, procedures, regulations andservice standards for outlets
Comply with all health and safety policies whenhandling food and beverages
Respect the ergonomic standards of work in goodhealth & safety

Previous service experience an asset ;
Previous Point of Sale System experience an asset ;
