We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Transport Operation Assistant to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow :
Coordinate the day-to-day incoming and outgoing shipment activities;
Follow up delivery plan based on customer orders to optimize transport cost and lead-time;
Follow up delivery accuracy on-Time-in full and Define actions if needed;
Handle and assist Sales with shipping inquiries;
Investigate in cost reduction possibilities by considering quality, risks and performance;
Respect standard operating procedures;
Innovate and propose the right solutions to Improve Fine Distribution Efficiency.
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, knowledge of distribution logistics;
Practical experience in transportation, Warehouse Management, Transport Management and Execution planning ;
Willingness to quickly familiarize with all required IT systems SAP knowledges especially in Warehouse activities is beneficial;
Analytical, structured, curious with high curiosity and learning orientation;
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills;
Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel);
Fluent in English and French;
Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with high attention to details;
Strong (advanced) Microsoft Office package knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team;
Ability to work in a fast pace environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability;
