Training :

  • Identifies and analyzes training needs
  • Detect, collect and analyze the training needs of employees
  • Ensure the application of training procedures and prepare the administrative file to be submitted to private and state professional partners.
  • Check and update the training modules in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • Ensure and follow integration and recycling training.
  • Prepare the monthly social training report.
  • Ensure and participate in framing meetings between the training partner and the person in charge of requesting training on predefined training
  • Oversees the planning and organization of internal and external training (calendar, constitution groups, organization and logistics
  • preparation of training KPI (achievement, deadlines, cost, etc.)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training.
  • Ensure follow-up training budgets
  • Supervise and manage the team of trainers
  • Coordinates the planning and the follow up of the integration of all new recruits.
  • Training recovery follow up / Individual training development plans follow up
  • Manage the logistic : coffee break etc
  • Development :

  • Monitoring of job changes and internal promotions.
  • Follow the CDD
  • Internal Salary proposal for promotion
  • Prepare letter of increase & do the internal communication
  • Recruitment :

  • Support the recruitment process until the choice of the final candidate and its implementation.
  • Monitor and follow the recruitment plan.
  • Launch of internal competitions and follow-up until the assignment of the selected candidates
  • Monitoring of trial periods
  • Creation of contracts
  • Prepare Card
  • Create account
  • Insure the onboarding
  • Prepare recruitment announcements internally (Job opening)
  • Communication :

  • Ensure the consistency of communication messages as a whole and with the general policy of the company.
  • Ensure awareness campaigns
  • Ensure internal communication : Notice boards, hold information meetings, etc ...
  • Organize and participate in social activities and special annual events
  • Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety, and health program
  • Ensure the conformance of products and processes according to IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements
  • Others

  • TWW Champion
  • Kaizen system leader / follow up & insure the implementation with give feedback to employees
  • Manage transport for employee
  • Optitime Management : holidays & administrative request
  • Prepare payroll elements for payroll (new hire, departure, increases, promotions, absences)
  • Manage trainees (collect Cv’s, contact for administrative paper, create account and prepare CARD, prepare payroll each moth)
  • What you need to be successful :

  • HR management master’s degree
  • 9 years of experience in HR
  • Experience in service company is a must
  • Sense of leadership
  • Language Skills : Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French.

    Work Location : Rabat Tech center
