Within the MARK / COO department, the Sales Efficiency Team assists the different MARK teams in the global management of the sales force by providing essential analysis / reporting in a timely manner and by conducting transformation / digital projects to improve commercial effectiveness without compromising data security.
The Sales Efficiency Analyst participates in achieving these goals at MARK transversal level :
Provide ad-hoc analyzes, Key Performance Indicators and presentation to the MARK sales management
Identify data / referential reliability actions, implement and control corrective actions with the concerned functions : MACC, DFIN, ITEC, OPER
Contribute to the implementation of the digital tools used by MARK Sales force / management by taking charge of transversal commercial efficiency projects
Master degree or engineering school, you have a good knowledge of financial markets and have already a first experience in risk management or internal control.
You have an excellent level of French and English, both written and spoken.
Your rigor, professional involvement, sense of analysis and critical thinking, a taste for teamwork, as well as your relational skills to take initiatives and targeting continuous improvement, will be major assets to succeed in this position.
