As a Technical Program Manager, you are a systems thinker who will partner closely with the MU Director and internal teams, to gather & analyze information, document business processes, execute new systems and software implementations, and own the integrity of all our internal processes.

In this role, you will perform detailed requirements analysis, documentation processes, and may perform user acceptance testing.

To succeed in this role, it will be necessary for you to have a natural analytical way of thinking, but a flexible communication style, so you are able to explain technical concepts and systems to non-technical users.

The Technical Program Manager will bridge the gap between our technology, systems, and processes and the business by using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.

This role is a true change agent.

  • Responsibilities :
  • Manage Telecom projects; develop and maintain project plans.
  • Work within the Santander PMO infrastructure and gain all necessary approvals.
  • Conduct meetings with key stake holders, as needed, and publish meeting minutes.
  • Supervise weekly progress and track project financials for budget adherence.
  • Maintain technical alignment with key stake holders.
  • Maintain weekly progress dashboard and report on milestones.
  • Facilitate quick resolution of open issues.
  • Ensure all PMO tracking systems are current and fully updated.
  • Present weekly progress summary to management.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications :

  • Must have PM experience in a Technical / Telecom setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Application and Telecom Carriers.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced and matrixed environment.
  • Ability to anticipate and manage resolution of complex issues that impact project deliverables.
  • Must have very strong knowledge of MS Office tools, as well as MS Projects.
  • Experience with producing high quality documentation.
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Excellent research and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to interact in a positive manner with internal and external contacts
