Define the procurement strategy for Capex and spare parts, as well as to standarize this process across all the group subsidiaries.
Standarize technical specifications and equipment in partnership with the technical department.- Lead the Suppliers Relationship Management and negotiating global contracts (Annual / Monthly basis) as well as equipment contracts including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) aligned with Legal department.
Negociate Price, Quality & Services in accordance with the group policies and values, and to work on Supplier Risk management (as minimum 2-3 suppliers per category).
Identify and to manage new savings / cost avoidance opportunities for all capex and spare parts investments.- Work in partnership with all Global Buyers by keeping constant communication and fluent collaboration with them to improve the procurement service within the group.
REQUIREMENTS : - The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, with at least 6 years of experience as Global buyer, ideally in FMCG Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
Extensive experience in international complex matrix environment. - An expert in strategic planning and resource allocation with a strong experience in worldwide complex negotiations with providers.
English and French Proficiency.- Advanced user of office tools (MS OFFICE) specially excel (macros) / Power Point and knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, SAP.
