Groups & Incentive Manager

The group’s & incentive manager ensures the smooth running of group programs. He plays the role of interlocutor between the Sales Department and the head of the group.

He ensures the satisfaction and follow-up of the files in their entirety.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Director ofSales & Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include butare not limited to the following :

  • Conduct identification and inspection visits;
  • Answer requests by phone and email within 48 hours;
  • Prepare encrypted proposals for events or groups;
  • Coordinates with the client and the various internal departments concerned the various stages of the organization of the event in order to fulfill the satisfaction of the customer;
  • Manage room blocks and restaurant and meeting room bookings for assigned groups;
  • Constantly offer a professional, friendly and pleasant service;
  • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Mastery of the French and English language (written andspoken)
  • Mastery of the Arabic language
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an ever-changingand challenging environment
  • Ability to focus on customer needs, staying calm andcourteous at all times
  • Previous experience in customer service an asset
  • Previous experience using a PMS system an asset
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
  • Beautiful professional presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solvingskills
  • Particularly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in afast-paced environment
  • The ability to work in a team
