Job Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Attraction team. The Recruiter plays a key role in developing and delivering candidate attraction strategies and effective talent pool management.
Your responsibilities include using various channels to attract potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs, as well as shortlisting relevant candidates based on the business needs and role specifications, providing relevant feedback and reporting out on recruitment activities.
