The job is aimed to serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs, work with distributors to explore new promising market, enhance product and branding in the regions, and meet the set targets with the direction of high-level business strategy.
Monitors market activity by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and so on in order to meet a set sales target;
Keeps management informed by submitting activity reports, work plan and territory market analyses;
Guides distributors to increase the market share in the local market, especially in the private health care sector;
Visits end users and supports distributors to approach target customers;
Explores new promising overseas market, and works to enhance product branding recognition in the local area as well as improve market coverage;
Support the marketing team to promote academic events, enlarge KOL network, set up reference sites, etc.
Knowledge / Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Electronic, Biological Project or relevant disciplines is preferred;
2-10 years' working experience as a medical device seller, knowledge about anesthesia machine, ventilator, patient monitor and relevant products is a preferred;
Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
Experienced in business planning and expansion in medical device industry, ideally having work in top players in the industry;
Self-motivated and acute in acquiring knowledge, including but not limited to product and industry information;
Aspire to achieve a mid-to-long-term success with the company.
Able to travel frequently in Morocco, working in the field if needed;
Enjoy teamwork and willing to exchange ideas to facilitate growth of the team
