Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts.

They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

Main tasks :

  • Prepare and deliver all financial information related with plant performance, including standard costs and hourly rate, CERs, cost improvements
  • Material cost analysis and tracking as well as asset management and asset transfer
  • Forecasting, budget planning, and variance analysis for P&L and B / S accounts of the plant
  • Ensure to deliver right data and closely cooperate with legal entity controller for statutory earnings statement
  • Performing cost center control, including cost centre accounting, cost accounting, cost savings review and tracking
  • Tracking and reporting of KPI’s (balanced score card) and permanent financial analysis with corrective actions initiated and follow-up
  • Ensure the SOX and Policy Standards and be first contact for the Audits
  • Give heads-up to EMEA Management when needed
  • Coach the departments and the management team in terms of financial issues, the FCST process, and be first contact point for financial issues
  • What your background should look like :

    Qualifications :

  • University degree (economics or controlling preferred)
  • Internationally recognized accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, or ACMA) is a plus
  • 7+ years experience in various Controlling and Finance assignments
  • At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing company
  • Experience from a multinational matrix organization is a plus

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Package, especially Excel
  • SAP R / 3 knowledge is an advantage
