Position

Learnlight is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisitions Specialist with full-cycle experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great team members who embody and epitomize the very essence of our three core values focusing on commitment, initiative, and enthusiasm!

The responsibilities of the Talent Acquisitions Specialist is to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent while growing a proactive pipeline of truly exceptional professionals.

 

Responsibilities

Talent Recruitment and Selection

  • Help to further develop, design, and implement overall optimal talent acquisition strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare talent recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases and social media channels
  • Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply talent recruitment best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during and after the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Organize and manage reactive and proactive talent recruitment campaigns for new team member hires
  • Schedule second interviews with the hiring manager
  • Maintain close working relationship with all departments
  • Maintain and update advertising on external websites where required

Team Member Network Building

  • Carry out effective demographic research and advertising
  • Track and record fluctuations in global salaries
  • Manage candidate pools
  • Select, place & track proactive advertising sources
  • Assist in career site development

Administration

  • Respond to, evaluate, and manage applications
  • Provide feedback for updates to internal talent recruitment documentation and guides
  • Complete monthly KPI report

 

Requirements

Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Result oriented, self-motivated and a team player
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and sensitivity
  • In depth knowledge of Learnlight Divisions, functions and roles, preferred

Skills

  • C2 level of English
  • C1 level or higher in Spanish, French and/or German, preferred
  • Efficient in MS Office Suite and other related tools

Education & Experience

  • Work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter), preferred
  • Work experience in marketing and/or sales, highly valued
  • Degree in the relevant related field, highly valued
