Designation : Human Resources Manager / Talent Acquisition - BPO

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

  • Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and managing delivery for Volume and Niche Skill set hiring.
  • Develop Recruitment strategy.
  • This may include job posting optimization, recruiting, marketing, channel development, job board procurement, talent planning, etc.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Use Social media, Job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs

    • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES

  • Communication : Good written and oral communication skills
  • Education qualification : Graduate in any discipline / Under graduates
  • Should be open for rotational shifts Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
