Designation : Human Resources Manager / Talent Acquisition - BPO
JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and managing delivery for Volume and Niche Skill set hiring.
Develop Recruitment strategy.
This may include job posting optimization, recruiting, marketing, channel development, job board procurement, talent planning, etc.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Use Social media, Job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES
Communication : Good written and oral communication skills
Education qualification : Graduate in any discipline / Under graduates
Should be open for rotational shifts Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc.
