Not even ground-breaking products sell themselves. That’s the job of our inside sales professionals. They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software.

Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating professionals at all levels to deliver against targets.

Beyond day-to-day people management, our team also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understands, communicates & executes DELL EMC & CSB Strategy
  • Build Actions plan to deliver quarterly targets
  • Drives strategy and builds action plans for Acquisition Portfolio
  • Is responsible of performance management
  • Directs and manages a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for proactively building and developing business relationships with small business end customers
  • Essential Requirements

    Desirable Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish & French (verbal and written)
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience or / and a relevant management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA / BS)
  • MS Office and CRM (Salesforce.com) knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
