In collaboration with the recruitment team, you will have for main missions :
Organizing the interviews, Making reservations for meeting room, participating in organizing the recruitment events.

recently graduated or with up to one year of professional experience in recruitment / human resources / Communication /
Organizational skills, ability to coordinate multiple tasks independently with a great attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Strong energy and a proactive attitude to support the HR / Recruitment team
Required sense of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to identify problems and proactively generate solutions
Flexibility in the face of ambiguity and last-minute changes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities / processes at the same time, and prioritize effectively
Ability to seek advice in case of difficulty and deliver according to commitments - Computer skills (Excel, Word, PPT) -
Fluent in English and French.

Expérience entre 2 ans et 5 ans - Français (courant)
