Hotel Overview :

The hotel features opulent guest rooms and suites overlooking our 18-hole Golf Course and the Altlas Mountains. Indulge in one of our six eclectic restaurants and bars offering local and international cuisine, a 2,000 sqm swimming pool, a 3,500 sqm Spa in collaboration with Clarins which offers the ultimate escape and relaxation.

The Kids Club promises our little ones a world of discoveries, and a Sports Centre to ensure you remain fit while on the road.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Reservation Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :

  • Constantly offer a professional, friendly and endearing service ;
  • Reserve and record reservation requests using the Property Management System (PMS) ;
  • Complete reservation lists while ensuring data accuracy as needed ;
  • Update reservations by ensuring a perfect arrival and departure process ;
  • Ensure revenue maximization through sales of upgraded rooms and by recommending hotel facilities ;
  • Stay in touch with the Sales department and other departments as appropriate ;
  • Respond quickly to questions by phone or email ;
  • Inform guests about hotel facilities in an efficient and helpful manner ;
  • Respect Department policies, procedures and service standards ;
  • Respect all security policies ;
  • Other duties, as assigned
  • Qualifications :

  • Previous experience incustomer relations
  • Experience with aprivileged Property Management System (PMS)
  • Knowledge of MicrosoftWindows applications
  • Ability to grasp 25 wordsminute
  • Excellent interpersonalskills and problem-solving skills
  • Particularly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work effectivelyunder pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to work in ateam
  • Ability to focus oncustomer needs, staying calm and courteous at all times
  • Previous experience incustomer relations
