Production Concept SpecialistMA-08-Casablanca-CAS00002R
Main Responsibilities / Tasks :
Prepare the run-rate for customer audit with local team
Evaluate the capacity needs (Equipment and space) in coordination with capacity planning Engineer / TL and define therefore the CapEX for new projects
Support Operational Excellence to setup Value Stream Mapping
Conducts local support for development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with production technology team
Initiate requirements for development of new production equipment to production technology regarding the customer product specifications
In Running Production Phase; Ensure Updating the production concept according to the Production Needs / Change Management / Production Volumes fluctuations
Select the optimum / adequate equipment for specific processes according to standards set by LEONI WSD
Manages the list of open points from new equipment commissioning
Suggests improvements for assembly boards and test boards design
Escalates according to defined escalation paths
Organizes, prepares and facilitates sub-project meetings and provides project information to sub-team members and country management
Supports the offer to customers by giving inputs during RFQ preparation
Qualification and training of production concept engineers according to new way of work and LEONI Operating Systems
Build up local competences to fully take over production concept planning at Country Plant.
Contribute to value perception from customer point of view LEONI as partner of trust to manage projects and production concept successfully
Risk mitigation of production concept risks and related extraordinary costs through standardized way of work regarding ramp up of projects
Ensure application of governance for production concept at Country Plants level in line with product / project archetypes according to WSD standard.
Successfully planning and roll out production concept at country plant level through cross functional
Transparency of Plant Project portfolio to identify deviations from project planning (costs, time, quality).
Qualifications :
Bac+5 in a related field, such as Improvement, or industrial management and 2+ years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills : Attention to detail, good problem-solving skills
