The Budget & Commercial Planning Associate will be reporting and working very closely with the Sales Director in Morocco.

She / he will be responsible of budget monitoring & consolidation and commercial planning for Morocco market. She / he will also be in charge of digital development and programs in addition at a later stage of trade loyalty program & bonus schemes, trade incentives and information systems development & deployment.

The incumbent will be closely working with Brands, Consumer & Trade Activations, Trade Marketing and Sales teams in order to get and align all needed information, plans and planning flow.

She / he will have to know & to be in close touch with the regions and their respective fieldforce. The incumbent will be based in Casablanca head office and will also need to travel around Morocco whenever needed.

FUNCTIONS :

  • Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales budget weekly, monthly and yearly monitoring, follow up and consolidation. Position is the stakeholder of budget flow / monitoring and the guardian of budget safety vs yearly or latest estimate budget.
  • Incumbent will be in close touch and lead with budget owners from Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales in alignment & monitoring.

    Incumbent will be the point of contact and in close touch with Finance for monitoring, consolidation, reporting & follow up.

  • Cycle planning implementation monitoring and consolidation. Position is the stakeholder and safeguard of the cycle planning and Marketing & Sales (M&S) road map implementation and monitoring.
  • Incumbent will be in close touch with M&S members in alignment & monitoring of cycle planning / road map. Incumbent will be the point of contact and in close touch with Sales and Marketing Directors for follow up and reporting.

    Incumbent is the stakeholder of the cycle monthly planning meetings.

  • Deployment and development of digital and information systems. Position in charge of developing and deploying the digitalization system for Trade Marketing and Sales in close touch and alignment with Trade Marketing and Sales Managers.
  • Any CRM initiative falls under the responsibilities of the position. CRM initiatives in alignment and consultancy with Sales & Trade Marketing.

  • Development of all non- branded activities, generic POSM, trade incentives, bonus schemes, loyalty programs. Position is responsible to generate and give support in close touch and alignment with Trade Marketing and Sales in terms of non-branded POSM, trade incentives, loyalty program and bonus schemes.
  • Performance measurement and corrective actions for Trade Loyalty Program in consultancy and alignment with Trade Marketing.
  • Analysis of trade loyalty program.

    PROFILE :

  • University degree or plus in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in commercial planning and / or field as Trade Marketing and / or Sales in FMCG industry. Sales / Business Analysis is a plus.
  • Fluent in French, Arabic and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking. Excellent to very good skills in Excel, Power BI & Powerpoint are a requisite.
