The Budget & Commercial Planning Associate will be reporting and working very closely with the Sales Director in Morocco.
She / he will be responsible of budget monitoring & consolidation and commercial planning for Morocco market. She / he will also be in charge of digital development and programs in addition at a later stage of trade loyalty program & bonus schemes, trade incentives and information systems development & deployment.
The incumbent will be closely working with Brands, Consumer & Trade Activations, Trade Marketing and Sales teams in order to get and align all needed information, plans and planning flow.
She / he will have to know & to be in close touch with the regions and their respective fieldforce. The incumbent will be based in Casablanca head office and will also need to travel around Morocco whenever needed.
FUNCTIONS :
Incumbent will be in close touch and lead with budget owners from Marketing, Trade Marketing & Sales in alignment & monitoring.
Incumbent will be the point of contact and in close touch with Finance for monitoring, consolidation, reporting & follow up.
Incumbent will be in close touch with M&S members in alignment & monitoring of cycle planning / road map. Incumbent will be the point of contact and in close touch with Sales and Marketing Directors for follow up and reporting.
Incumbent is the stakeholder of the cycle monthly planning meetings.
Any CRM initiative falls under the responsibilities of the position. CRM initiatives in alignment and consultancy with Sales & Trade Marketing.
