Location : Casablanca, Morocco


  • Accountable for the delivery of the full P&L of I&I / Vaccines categories in Morocco
  • Leads and coaches the sales team to implement business strategies / tactics to achieve revenue targets
  • Leads and collaborates with the marketing team
  • Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP, FCPA), as appropriate.

  • Sets strategic long term vision for Pfizer in the category; obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in and colleague engagement
  • Develops strategies unique to the needs of the category to maximize the patient impact and the revenue for Pfizer
  • Drives execution of campaigns, PoAs, tactics and customer plans
  • Optimizes the profitability of the category by making active trade-off and resource allocation decisions
  • Leads and coaches a high performing team and develop colleagues in line with the Pfizer competency models
  • Reviews, designs and monitors the effectiveness of the Sales Team through KPIs
  • Collaboration and partnership with strategic partners in Pfizer to ensure services for the category are met
  • Ensures high standards of compliance to norms, policies, and procedures and instills a proactive compliance risk management culture throughout his / her direct team and the cross-functional organization
  • Role models Pfizer values, OWNIT culture elements with visible and inspirational leadership focused on compliance and integrity
  • A key member of the country leadership team contributing to the overall success of Pfizer in the country

  • Reports to the North Africa Cluster Lead
  • Leads the sales team for the category
  • Leads and collaborates with the marketing team
  • Works in close collaboration with EM Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Team, H&V, GCO, BAI, PGS and Finance

  • Bachelor degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 10 years of diverse commercial experience
  • Leading high performing teams by winning in the right way
  • P&L management and financial acumen
  • Fluent written and spoken English, French and Arabic
