Work directly with the Executive Chef and sous chefs to implement, monitor and control all of stewarding including cleaning, hygiene, organizing, managing of all staff and controlling day-to-day tasks of all outlets, and will be held accountable for the general maintenance and cleanliness of those areas and pay attention to the cleaning items included in the checklist.

The stewarding manager will be proactive with managing his team, assigning cleaning projects daily and ensure all employees are maximizing productivity.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years industry experience in management level position with emphasis in Restaurant / Hotel, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Computer literate (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Must be flexible, have a sense of urgency, be able to respond quickly and resourcefully to internal and external issues.
