  • Drive the implementation of the Customer Relationship and agenda within the Business Unit
  • Ensure optimized use of all CRM ( and digital tools available in the country
  • Support improvement of customer databases management and maximized use of customer insights by the sales,
  • marketing services and campaign team in order to help improving sales and return on marketing activities

  • Help each Business Unit to start and progress on the CRM journey, while ensuring forcus on the following areas :
  • Understanding which factors are important to create customer loyalty and therefore allow Syngenta to influence
  • Improve the quality of data that is held to ensure that opportunities are maximised and bad decisions are not made
  • due to misleading information
  • Understand profitability of customers, especially for mature markets, to help ensure money is not wasted and allow
  • budgets to be set for appropriate levels of contact
  • Understand the dynamics of relationship evolution, to provide insight on the health of the strategy and the needs
  • for extra or reduced resources
  • Helped by the system, implement processes of firstly opportunity and later lead - management to
  • allow the generation of new customer and sales opportunities helping the field force meet their targets for the
  • number of one-to-one relationships they hold
  • Create a campaign management system that removes the high and complex workload from the database team
  • and provides an effective and automated system for contacting customers, measuring their response and taking
  • actions based on their replies
  • Provide a remote access system to the Customer database so field force staff can record key information, allow
  • easy access to data, potentially while being offline as well

  • 2 to 3 years of experience if possible in the agribusiness industry
  • Previous exposure to CRM systems, ideally
  • Ability to establish and maintain good connections with Sales and Marketing Teams
  • Training and presentation skills, for internal audience (Sales & Marketing Teams)
  • Solid analytical skills, background in statistics would be of help · Advanced skills in excel and MS Office powerpoint
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to synthetize and make complex sets of analytics relevant and understandable by a large panel of functions, especially commercial
