Execution of complex tasks within a segment of an IT Service (e.g. Computerized System validation, infrastructure,), assists Site IT Head with technical support of IT CSV implementation and documentations, Digital applications and related technology.

Key Tasks :
Performing of complex tasks in adequate quality
Ensure 1st Level User Support per Manufacturing IT System and Functional PCs e.g. ticket system; Service Desk for CMO (Current Mode of Operation)
Perform installation and testing of new IT systems within established SOPs and guidelines.
Maintain relationships with external and internal communities : a strong relationship with IT Service integration in the region.
Working with internal and external suppliers to develop and manage projects to ensure efficient and cost-effective systems and processes to produce quality products.
Working with the IT Site Manager on the full lifecycle of system validation projects and smart Factory ensuring the delivery of a quality validation project at all times
Maintain appropriate validation documentation and files according to GxP (Good and Practice) and retrieval requirements for the system
Apply Global GxP requirements as part of a pragmatic validation strategy for the local Computerized systems
Write and assist in the writing of SOPs for CSV related topics and systems
Support planning automation, allowing refocus from manual data generation towards insights generation and improved customer focus under Digital Factory program
Proposes and conducts programs, initiatives, and tools for continuous effectiveness and efficiency improvements under the guidance of the Site IT Manager
Align execute and maintain PS IT Infrastructure implementation (Server and Network) under the guidance of the Site IT Manager

Qualification & Competencies :
IT University degree or adequate competence
Significant professional experience in more than one Job Family
Ability to understand diagnose and solve problems
Communication skills (Fluent in English and French)
Knowledge of various IT fields (IT project management, IT infrastructure, IT support)
Knowledge of all facets of information systems
Knowledge of information technology and infrastructure
Ability to interact with IT group and familiar with their support model . Experience in GxP requirement and CSV validation .
