about the role Your main role will be to manage the delivery of the international services of IP connectivity, Transmission, Voice and Data Mobile to our customers who are mainly telecommunication companies, but also enterprises out of the Internet world (content providers or ISPs) and big multinational corporations.

You will be brought to collaborate with various Orange IC teams and correspondents, such as the Presales engineers, Sales, Marketing and Aftersales as well as the operational departments of Orange, looking after international or domestic networks.

You will also have to deal directly with our external providers.You will also take care, at any moment, of the customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.

You will ensure a periodical reporting of the progress of the projects, you will suggest, where appropriate, solutions in case of roadblocks and will initiate escalation procedures if necessary.

  • You will contribute to the integration of new products and services, you will participate to the writing and validation of the delivery processes.
  • You will be part of a team with highly motivated and committed members with various profiles and origins. This job will allow you to work in an area of activity in constant evolution, in direct contact with customers and providers based in different countries all over the world.

    about you Demonstrated experience of network provisioning and projects management or experience of work in an international environment.

    Demonstrated sense of customer relation, ability to work with other departments and teamworking skills.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

    Fluent French and English are mandatory. Arabic would be a plus.
