Multinational is looking for an Office Manager Anglophone in Casablanca.
Prioritized Responsibilities :
Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.
Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries. Both on a face to face and telephonic basis
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Keep reception neat and tidy
Manage Packages / Deliveries
Assist with Emergencies when in need
Send notifications to associates on parcels that still needs to be collected from the reception area, if there are any
For the rest of the day serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Coordinate Air Ticket with travel agency & PO creation
Manage travels, meals for Management meetings
Support for the submission of Expenses Reports
Managing employees health insurance files
Coordinate all related travel bookings : Hotels, train, drivers, transfers

At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position
Good experience in planning events, receptions in Morocco and abroad
Good experience in working with agencies (Travel, marketing, event)
French, Arabic & English (Fluent)
Written and Verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to work under Pressure
Attention to detail.
Salaire entre 8000 et 10000 DHS
