Welovebuzz is looking for an Account Manager to join the Sales team. This full-time role is available in Casablanca.

Your role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
The goal is also to to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
What you will do
Manage day-to-day operations with the sales team
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives
Develop new business with existing clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Prepare reports on account status
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Analyze campaigns to report on visitor data and user experience
Assist and oversee video shootings for clients
2+ years leadership and relevant experience in online media, technology or digital fields
Deep understanding of Sales-related functions
Ability to apply structure / frameworks to unstructured problems
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Self-starter who can own strategic initiatives and KPIs from start to finish
Highly analytical and quantitative and used to making decisions based on data
Works well under pressure and tight deadlines, can handle and delegate workload effectively
Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and writing skills
