  • Design commercial training strategy based on Brand and regional dealer network sales force competency needs
  • Contribute to build up and supervise the yearly regional and market budget for Commercial Training
  • Coach and motivate local market training teams
  • Define training requirements for the trainers (develop different training methodologies)
  • Guarantee the effectiveness and consistency of the training processes from need analysis to results evaluation
  • Develop the regional training curriculum and the training offering
  • Design commercial product knowledge, walk around, ride & drive, competitive comparison and other relevant sales training materials in partnership with regional Product Marketing Managers (PMM’s), and local market dealer development organizations
  • Organize and deliver train-the-trainers to internal and external dealer network sales force for existing products and new launches.
  • Deliver related commercial training sessions (Face-to- face or Web based)

  • Promote and advertise the availability of the training services and share success stories
  • Guarantee the continuous innovation in training methods and tools
  • Assure permanently relationship with Brand PMM’s and network development area in order to meet the learning needs
  • Guarantee the efficiency of the training actions
  • Assure quality and volumes of training activities agreed
  • Measure satisfaction from Brands and sales force for the services performed
  • Proactive collaboration with sales team in the markets to identify and satisfy local training needs
  • Select, involve and coordinate the activity of external suppliers in preparation of product literature ensuring the objectives of timing and cost of training events
  • Provide reporting of training process and results (set up KPIs)
  • Develop, maintain online training tools (Web Academy, STST, Media Center)
  • Liaise closely with commercial training teams of other regions to explore synergies.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical studies / or equivalent culture
  • Farmers background is a plus
  • Experience of at least 3 years in Sales or similar position in Marketing
  • Fluent English and French
  • Additional languages are a plus (e.g. Russian, Chinese, Hindi, Turkish)
  • Familiar with office package and Internet tools. Good ability to work with web, content management and online training platform systems
  • Travelling frequently within resident markets in AMEA region and eventually Europe / USA

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to form strong inter-personal relationships with colleagues throughout Region and markets
  • Ready for working in a complex matrix organization and fulfilling tight deadlines
  • Team spirit and team working in an international context, cross cultural attitude.
  • Superior presenting skills and the ability to influence and create positive mind set among students
  • Must be able to take responsibility and work under own initiative
  • Experience in Agriculture machinery sector
