The HR Operations Analyst will be in charge within the team of multiple cross-functional activities, he will be versatile in the execution of the tasks to ensure the back-up and the adoption of the rotation with the other members of the team.
He is responsible for monitoring the following activities :
On & offboarding GO France :
Analysis and management of the various on & off boarding and renewal movements for all internal and external GO France,
Requests management from Managers (or personal assistants), related to the progress of the on & off boarding process,
Frequent synchronization with the activity stakeholders,
Audit control for Internals and externals monthly off-boarded
Periodic mass renewals for different access tools in collaboration with stakeholders (IT kiosk, Chief information officer, Logistics kiosk, procurement, Access management, etc.)
Specific cases analysis and coordination with teams for resolution,
Detection of dysfunctions and causes identification with relevant action plans,
Raising process improvement suggestions to the Process Lead,
KPIs monitoring and analysis.
Referentials GO Maroc :
Updating the movements (entry, mobility and departure) of internals in YES Core HR tool (workforce management),
YES Perform management for employees and reporting technical problems identified to the support team,
Ensure good data quality in the HR tools with frequent synchronization with the ADP team (employees services).
Create HR reportings according to the needs expressed by the requesters.
GO HR Requests / HR Portal :
Management of back-office requests, analysis and assignment to the right HR team for processing,
HR Teams follow-up and reminders in case of a delay processing requests,
Governance and synchronization with the different teams to review requests and anticipate overflow and future actions if necessary,
Reporting production and analysis to take continuous improvement actions.
