Hotel Overview :

The hotel featuresopulent guest rooms and suites overlooking our 18-hole Golf Course and theAltlas Mountains. Indulge in one of our six eclectic restaurants and barsoffering local and international cuisine, a 2,000 sqm swimming pool, a 3,500sqm Spa in collaboration with Clarins which offers the ultimate escape andrelaxation.

The Kids Club promises our little ones a world of discoveries, anda Sports Centre to ensure you remain fit while on the road.

Summer of responsabilities :

Reporting to the Reservation Manager, responsibilities and essential jobfunctions include but are not limited to thefollowing :

  • Constantly offer a professional, friendly and endearing service ;
  • Reserve and record reservation requests using the Property ManagementSystem (PMS) ;
  • Complete reservation lists while ensuring data accuracy as needed ;
  • Update reservations by ensuring a perfect arrival and departure process ;
  • Ensure revenue maximization through sales of upgraded rooms and byrecommending hotel facilities ;
  • Stay in touch with the Sales department and other departments asappropriate ;
  • Respond quickly to questions by phone or email ;
  • Inform guests about hotel facilities in an efficient and helpful manner ;
  • Respect Department policies, procedures and service standards ;
  • Respect all security policies ;
  • Other duties, as assigned.
  • Qualifications :

  • Previousexperience in customer relations
  • Experiencewith a privileged Property Management System (PMS)
  • Knowledgeof Microsoft Windows applications
  • Abilityto grasp 25 words minute
  • Excellentinterpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
  • Particularlyresponsible and reliable
  • Abilityto work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Theability to work in a team
  • Abilityto focus on customer needs, staying calm and courteous at all times
  • Previousexperience in customer relations
