A great new opportunity has opened up to join our Sala El Jadida’s Electronic Plant’s Quality Team As Quality System & Audit Engineer, reporting directly to the Quality Manager.

Your main mission would be to Establish, maintain and audit the internal quality management system, and sustain a quality culture in the plant.

You will be in charge of growing revenue and improving well as the Long Term Performance, manage the Portfolio and Customer Alignment and achieve Operational Excellence.

Additional duties will include (but may not be limited to)

  • Direct and oversees quality audit at Plant level according to the requirements of the customers, and the international quality system and environment procedures.
  • Responsible to optimize certification results and to coordinate actions among the different departments
  • Define guidelines for new certifications. Updates audits documentation.
  • Defines and communicates guidelines & procedures for audits and certifications, ensuring that related documentation is updated.
  • Carry out quality systems and environment audits.
  • Ensure that action plans and corrective actions are prepared, implemented and effective.
  • Have the authority to stop production and shipment in case of non-conformity
  • Certified Product Safety & Conformity Representative
  • Training on Quality System & objectives
  • Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements and targets definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Learn the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.
  • g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.).

  • Report all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting.
  • Take personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards.
  • Participate on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it.
  • To be successful is this role you would need :

  • University Degree
  • Min 3 years’ Experience in a similar position
  • Experience in automotive
  • French & English
  • Customer Oriented
  • Auditing tools
  • Quality tools & Management system
  • Position based in Sala El Jadida
