The HR Business Partner will primarily support Morocco and Tunisia., you will partner with the business to support execution of the people plan, applying local context and experience to drive business change and impact in talent, leadership culture and capability.
Act as the frontline of GSK s talent strategy, being able to reframe those in terms of talent and employee experience.
Manage complexity through a combination of clear communications, relationship building, and proactive management of networks, resulting in a high level of influence over key decisions regarding talent and people.
Key Responsibilities : (Include, but are not limited to)
Partner with Morocco and Tunisia leadership Team to align HR strategy to business strategy.
Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.
Deliver cultural transformation / change projects in line with the HR and business agenda.
Provide coaching and guidance to leadership on a variety of people related topics
Drive the Talent Management and Development agenda
Execute local risk activity including audits, country-level mitigation plans, QA toolkits & privacy
Manage IR and ER issues in partnership with the local leadership and regional ER team
Act as a key HR delivery channel at a country level for initiatives developed by the HR CoEs. Work as OneHR to deliver HR solutions with excellence to the Business.
Supports annual HR cycle deliverables to include performance management; merit and bonus awards; etc
Knowledge / Education / Previous Experience Required :
Education and Experience :
at least 5 years of relevant HR experience.
Great command of English, Arabic and French language.
Broad HR experience, including a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines as Talent Management, Culture, Leadership and Capabilities development and Performance Management, with strong ability to translate HR knowledge into impactful actions.
Demonstrated ability to work as a strategic partner with several functions and different organizational levels.
Experience in Managing HR Projects, tracking key project milestones, deliverable and metrics aligned to HR objectives
Experience working with data to create insight and diagnose future HR needs and opportunities
Very good knowledge of labor laws in Morocco and Tunisia
