CRIT recruits for its client based in NADOR a Brand Store ManagerThe Brand Store Manager is responsible for implementing the global D2C strategy to improve consumer experience, driving store sales, increasing profitability, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and creating a positive environment.
The Brand Store Manager should ensure consumer needs are met (product and services), complaints are resolved, service is quick and efficient, ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
Your job functions are : Build and Maintain strong, long-lasting consumer relationship with the store;Meet assigned targets : sales volume, profitability and strategic objectives;
Set and update the Consumer Database ;Maintain the reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements;Secure goods by implementing security systems and measures;
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of products, processes and procedures;Protect employees and consumers by providing a safe and clean store environment;
Maintain the reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements;Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures;
Maintain inventory by implementing delivering plans and staying in contact with consumers and shippers;Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable;
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales;Ensure implementing the standards to insure the best user experience;Respond to customer complaints and comments;
Organize special promotions, displays and events;Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail, understanding forthcoming consumer initiatives and monitoring what competitors are doing.
Requirement : Bachelor's Degree in Sales or in businessPrevious sales experienceFrench and English Proficiency Experience : 3 or more years in the same functionknowledge : Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP Software
