The job incumbent is responsible for delivering full offline marketing service within Mann-Hummel Morocco. He / She supports sales growth and market share increase by using traditional marketing tools.
The job incumbent leads Automotive Aftermarket pricing activities within Mann-Hummel Morocco. He / She analyzes sales input and market data in order to define price orientation and accordingly create customer price lists within Mann-Hummel Morocco.
He / She also tracks GMS and CGMS development, manages quotations and price harmonization works. The job incumbent is responsible for development of product portfolio to achieve growth goals within Mann-Hummel Morocco.
This includes the definition of gaps in range and cost down needs through timely researches done and close cooperation with Sales / Marketing teams.
Create off-line marketing plans within Mann-Hummel Morocco for each brand in line with strategic objectives
Leads off-line marketing activities within Mann-Hummel Morocco region
Develop end-to-end off-line campaigns and analyse their performance
Conduct survey, review and develop content, newsletters, materials, marketing gifts, and tools for targeted platforms and audience.
Monitor, review, evaluate and develop reports on off-line marketing efforts.
Lead all advertising and promotional activities across traditional channels
Plan and manage marketing / promotional items to support sales and branding efforts.
Oversee online and offline competitor prices for the responsible markets.
Align and implement pricing strategy in responsible markets
Analyze and review current internal cost price (IC buying) structure, Gross Price List, price waterfall, customer buying price, competitor selling price, and other marketing intelligence data for price improvement, to meet market price and to develop multi branding price orientation across all responsible territories.
Continuous expansion of the local product information for all segments (passenger cars, light + heavy commercial vehicles, off-highway applications) and all brands with the aim of achieving a defined vehicle linkage rate in the internal product information system (PARTS)
Research and maintenance of vehicle information such as OE references and their vehicle uses and technical evaluation of the component, including 1st step checking for identical product solutions at M+H (brand-independent)
Define technical requirements as basis for the product development, consisting of one or more OE numbers with identical / similar technical requirements and vehicle uses.
Product-, brand- and region-specific (WIX, MANN-FILTER, ...)
Successfully completed academic degree or education with a technical or economic-scientific focus
4+ years of professional experience in product / marketing / pricing management
Fluency in business English (written and spoken)
Communication skills and ability to work in team
Ability to work under pressure
Time management, prioritization skills
Co-ordination of quality topics within the group
Annual budget planning for NPIs and project wise budget planning + request
Experience in coordination of project management activities with Capex requirement
SAP Tools, MS Office skills
