If youare an energetic, world class Recruiter then we have a great opportunity foryou to join the Middle East & Africa Talent Acquisition team based inCasablanca Morocco as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for allFrench speaking Africa and the Caribbean Islands.

This role involves full 360 degreerecruitment as well as university engagement and employer branding activities.

With market leading recruitment tools at yourdisposal, you will partner with a business leaders and the wider HR teamto deliver leading edge recruitment support.

Our business leaders will rely on your great sourcing and selectionskills, excellent candidate management and strong business acumen to addresstheir talent needs.

We recognise thereal value and competitive advantage that is created through close partnershipbetween talent acquisition and business leaders.

KeyRequired Sills / Experience :

Strong track record ofrecruiting for a wide range of disciplines and levels within engineering,technology and IT

Evidence of managinginternal and external stakeholders, e.g. candidates, HRBPs, hiring managers, BUleaders and external agencies and ability to offer high value consultancy andsupport

Solid recruitment skillssets : sourcing methodology, interviewing, assessing, being a brand advocate,representing organisation professionally at the highest level.

Search Agency experiencewould be an added advantage

Being a natural networkbuilder, knowing the market, leveraging on social networking sites and havingan innate curiosity to learn and seek out talent

Fluent French and Englishspeaker

Whilst this is an individual contributor role, youwill be part of a great MEA TA team with a strong peer group who will always bethere to support.

We’re looking for someone with a passion for success on the job and beyond.Youwill need to be open to developing and being challenged.

Strongacademic achievement

Provenexperience of recruiting in the technology, engineering and IT sector

Up-to-dateworking knowledge of HR best practices

Experienceworking within a fast paced, commercial environment with experience of seniorstakeholder management

Demonstrablesuccess with direct recruitment strategies

Expertknowledge of Talent Acquisition systems and tools

Act as atrusted recruitment partner, taking ownership for the successful conclusion ofprojects

Excellentorganisational skills and ability to adapt quickly in a transformationenvironment with different priorities

Proactive,accurate and excellent attention to detail

Fluent inFrench and English
