Management of Service administration and data towards implementing the strategies to deliver aftermarket support services to our customers
Implementation of the Cummins Quickserve service strategies, ensuring the core objectives of getting it right 1st time 90% of the time and being at the service point within agreed timeframes,
Full administration of service orders, to include retail and warranty as per the Quickserve Service Process.
Daily Service administration to include, work records reviews, service order job opening & closures, and KPI report analysis..
Combine Receive and log-in all customer inquiries (walk-in, phone calls, emails, referrals, etc) and ensure action on same.
Develop and provide Service and Parts quotations for all retail service orders subject to authorisation policy
Create customer loyalty through pro-active communication, to include daily job progress reports on ongoing service interventions.
Liaise with the Parts and Procurement departments providing necessary administration forpurchase orders & procurement of material as required completing service orders
Combine Maximise up sell and remedial opportunities on all Service Interventions
Maintain data on all generators sold and delivered within the branch via the genset delivery advice form
Maintain data and information on all service contract customers and regular call-service customers
Maintain current and grow new Service Contracts with customers
Ensure effective collaboration with and support for the other Business Units towards achieving Cummins’ overall company objectives
Implement SHE strategies to create a safe working environment and also exemplify the appropriate treatment of other staff in the office
Ensure Past Due and Cash Account balances are in line with Company targets in order to meet Company targets
