MAJOR FUNCTIONS : The Brand & Customer Manager has responsibilities of marketing The BCM has the following areas of responsibilities :

  • Brand planning, forecasting and LROP : Brand plan implementation according to oncology MSD standards.
  • Territory, Account and performance management.
  • KOL management
  • Cross functional team work to ensure all business opportunities and requirements are met (Regulatory Affairs, Medical, Market Access, Supply,) MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES : Brand planning, forecasting & LROP :
  • Understands and applies local economic , country health care system , financial, and industry data to make business decisions that drive value for MSD and our customers
  • Market analysis to map out current situation, competitive environment and set up forecast
  • Annual Profit Plan and LROP development in line with oncology global guidelines.
  • Business opportunities identification.
  • Promotional budget detailed set up and tracking. Brand plan implementation according to MSD marketing oncology standards :
  • Marketing plan execution in line oncology global and regional strategy and guidance.
  • Regular meetings with regional marketing leaders to ensure excellence in planning & execution.
  • Market research development
  • Tactical plans development and implementation
  • Promotional materials development based on global campaigns ( Melanoma , NSCLC ,
  • Diagnostic and other upcoming indications KOL Management
  • Establish strong relationship with KOL’s to strengthen customer centricity and partnership development with MSD
  • Regular visits to support the sales team in objections handling. Cross functional work with Support Functions
  • KOL identification, development in collaboration with Medical
  • Private Sector : Clinics segmentation and targeting , opportunities identification and development in collaboration with Medical.
  • Public Sector opportunities identification and development in collaboration with Market Access.
  • Close follow up on supply in collaboration with Supply / Finance
  • Close follow-up in collaboration with sales teams on the private and public sectors . Qualifications
  • 2- 3 years marketing experiencePrevious experience in Oncology is mandatory KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS : Brand management, scientific background, analytical skills, communication skills , cross functional team work, working across boundaries, shared accountability, business integrity, flexibility, prioritization, loyalty COMPETENCIES :
