Service Desk Technician Level I

  • The responsibility of this role is to ensure proper computer operation for the end-users to accomplish business tasks. Including but not limited to;
  • Receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end-user help requests.
  • Escalating incidents when considered appropriate and necessary to maintain SLA expectations.
  • Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools.
  • Requires to troubleshoot in-person or remotely.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree graduate in Computer Science or any related field.
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity.
