We are looking for our new Quality Assurance Engineer for our Electronics R&D Center in Salé.
Your main mission will be to develop, implement and improve Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, to ensure efficiency of QMS programs against engineering activities, to promote quality mindset, culture of prevention and deploy Quality objectives defined by Management, to implement process improvement initiatives and to conduct audit and mentor the E-Systems organization.
Your missions :
The main responsibilities are :
Ensures that the QMS conforms to customer specifications and standards requirements (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, CSR, etc.) with a view to obtaining and keeping certification.
Lead the Lear Engineering Morocco certification audited by Certifying organization and ensure the roll-out of the audit and the quality of the results and follow the generated action plan.
Carries out internal audits and formalizes the findings, validates them and draws up the final audit report.
Ensures the efficiency of the quality practices and processes.
Validates the defined sub-processes by ensuring the consistency with the company processes
Ensures that the Key Company Processes are deployed in his organization.
Validates the link and the consistency between Corporate procedures and the Engineering procedures.
Prepare and Perform Problem Solving training to support engineering team to manage customer quality issues and conduct root-cause analysis meetings to avoid issue reoccurrences.
Work closely with HR to identify improvement ideas and to make processes more robust and less prone to quality issues.
Work closely with EQA global organization team to maintain documentation up to date and ensure their availability during Audit.
Coordinate and follow key indicators and consolidate surveys for measuring customer satisfaction.
Elaborate Engineering Quality Manual.
Process Improvement (5S, Lessons Learned, )
Elaborate method to achieve goals (tasks to be performed, Ownership for tasks, Audit to be performed and Resource commitments).
Independent Quality assurance and authorized problems escalation to appropriate levels of management.
To be successful for this role :
More than 3 years’ Experience in Automotive Electronics and Engineering in Product Development
Knowledge of Lear organization & procedures is preferable.
Self-motivated and Autonomous.
Strong knowledge of problem solving techniques.
Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
Competence in coordination.
Knowledge of industry applicable standards (i.e. Automotive SPICE, CMMI, ISO 26262)
BAC+5 Engineer Embedded systems & Electronics.
Language Skills : French & English.
French & English.
