Content Design and Engagement Manager
Highly involved in developing graphics and layouts for data and concept illustrations
Communicate operational information and ideas through visual and audio communications using text, images and video content
Engaging communities with the use of best engagement practices including collaborative events, written communications through different means
Ensuring communication according to Jumia Services KPI priorities
Building positive relationships leading to high level of collaboration and commitment from all sides
Understand the audience and build an engagement plan in line with the JS vision for them
Design easy to understand, catchy artwork to communicate information and ideas in English, Arabic and French
Ensure and propagate Jumia Services Vision through all means of communication like FB Workplace, emails, printed posters, verbal engagement at events, etc.
Prepare and execute the Communication Calendar prioritising key areas with respective business owners
Create and manage Event Calendar for events such as collaborative joint business planning with Partners, formal meets, informal events like joint business planning, sports matches, etc.
Engage and improve community participation in engagement initiatives like Partner Satisfaction survey, DA Happiness survey, educational toolkit, etc.
Prepare drafts of material based on an agreed brief and align circulation
Create reporting to demonstrate effectiveness of engagement clearly
Profile and skills required :
Highly motivated and energetic person with exceptional communication skills
Must be well versed in English, Arabic and French. Experience Range 0-2 years
Must be able to work independently with little guidance and drive given projects to completion
Have exceptional creativity and innovation
Well-versed with design and photo-editing software
Excellent time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
