  • Missions

    As the Activity Project Manager , reporting to the Supply Demand Planning Director, your Principal Mission is to

    Provide the operational coordination to all activities (innovations, renovations, promotions of products) throughout their lifecycle, to ensure on-time delivery within cost and quality parameters.

    Expected Role

  • Ensure On-time delivery of all agreed and resourced projects within cost and quality parameters;
  • Manage lead total project timeline and process; Warn about risks and deviations from the plan;
  • Serve as lead for commercialization projects that result in a new or changing product and / or package;
  • Ensure a unique, updated accessible plan; does the 24-month rolling plan of all projects. Calendar guardian;
  • Serve as process expert identifying opportunities and recommendations to leadership;
  • Provide a cross-functional perspective to execute project timeline and process with a close interaction with Marketing, RI, Industrial Procurement teams;
  • Must complete project evaluation to identify key learnings and successes for future projects;
  • Train project leaders on methodology project management;
  • Guarantee the respect of the agreed process;
  • Analyse resource overlaps;
  • Manage proper feedbacks on innovation, renovation, promotion launches or stops;
  • Own the Activity Management IT tool;
  • Facilitates projects post mortem and evaluation;
  • Conduct portfolio SKU performance.
  • Ideal Candidate needs to have

    Solid Backgroud in Project Management.

    Excellent Social Communication Skills with the ability to easily interact with people.

    Ability to connect, cooperate influence externally.

    Resilience, stress tolerance felxibility.
